Twinaqt Tablet

Twinaqt Tablet is a combination antiretroviral medicine containing dolutegravir and lamivudine, used to treat HIV infection in adults and adolescents over 12 years of age weighing at least 40 kg by reducing the replication of the virus and helping protect the immune system. The medicine should not be taken if you are allergic to any of its ingredients, and certain products such as antacids or supplements containing calcium, iron, or magnesium may interfere with its absorption, so they should be taken at different times as advised by a doctor. Patients should inform their healthcare provider if they are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or taking other medicines, as monitoring and guidance may be required, and breastfeeding is generally not recommended due to the risk of HIV transmission to the baby.
