About Rituxirel 100mg Injection
Rituxirel 100mg Injection contains Rituximab, a targeted monoclonal antibody therapy that belongs to the anti-CD20 class of medications. It is used to treat a variety of cancers and autoimmune disorders, including non-Hodgkins lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), moderate-to-severe rheumatoid arthritis in combination with methotrexate, granulomatosis with polyangiitis, microscopic polyangiitis, and moderate-to-severe pemphigus vulgaris. Rituximab works by targeting CD20 proteins on specific B-lymphocytes, helping to eliminate abnormal or overactive immune cells that contribute to these conditions. Rituxirel 100mg Injection should not be used by individuals who are allergic to Rituximab or any of its ingredients, have severe active infections, or have a significantly weakened immune system. Before beginning treatment, patients should inform their healthcare provider about any history of heart disease, heart failure, breathing disorders, or previous hepatitis B infection, as hepatitis B may reactivate during therapy and lead to serious complications. Pregnancy and breastfeeding are generally not recommended while receiving this medication, and women of childbearing potential should use effective contraception during treatment and for 12 months after the last dose. Common side effects may include infections, low red blood cell counts, dizziness, swelling of the face or body, itchy skin, diarrhea, increased sweating, and changes in blood pressure. Serious infusion-related reactions can occur during or within 24 hours after administration, and patients should seek immediate medical attention if they experience symptoms such as chest pain, breathing difficulties, severe skin reactions, vomiting, headache, throat swelling, or sudden blood pressure changes. Regular monitoring throughout treatment helps ensure the safe and effective use of Rituxirel 100mg Injection.
