Enfiera 500mg Injection contains Rituximab, a targeted monoclonal antibody therapy that belongs to the anti-CD20 class of medications. It is used to treat a variety of cancers and autoimmune disorders, including non-Hodgkins lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), moderate-to-severe rheumatoid arthritis in combination with methotrexate, granulomatosis with polyangiitis, microscopic polyangiitis, and moderate-to-severe pemphigus vulgaris. Rituximab works by targeting CD20 proteins on specific B-lymphocytes, helping to destroy abnormal or overactive immune cells that contribute to these conditions. Enfiera 500mg Injection should not be used by patients who are allergic to Rituximab or any of its ingredients, have severe active infections, or have a significantly weakened immune system. Before starting treatment, patients should inform their healthcare provider about any history of heart disease, heart failure, breathing difficulties, or previous hepatitis B infection, as the virus may reactivate during treatment and lead to serious complications. Pregnancy and breastfeeding are generally not recommended while receiving this medication, and women of childbearing potential should use effective contraception during treatment and for 12 months after the final dose. Common side effects may include infections, low red blood cell counts, dizziness, swelling of the face or body, itchy skin, diarrhea, excessive sweating, and changes in blood pressure.
