Enfiera 100mg Injection contains Rituximab, a targeted monoclonal antibody therapy belonging to the anti-CD20 class of medications. It is used to treat a range of cancers and autoimmune disorders, including non-Hodgkins lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), moderate-to-severe rheumatoid arthritis in combination with methotrexate, granulomatosis with polyangiitis, microscopic polyangiitis, and moderate-to-severe pemphigus vulgaris. Rituximab works by targeting CD20 proteins found on specific B-lymphocytes, helping to eliminate abnormal or overactive immune cells involved in these conditions. Enfiera 100mg Injection should not be used by patients who are allergic to Rituximab or any of its ingredients, have severe active infections, or have a significantly weakened immune system. Before starting treatment, patients should inform their healthcare provider about any history of heart disease, heart failure, breathing disorders, or previous hepatitis B infection, as hepatitis B may reactivate during therapy and cause serious complications.
