Clexane 60mg Injection is an anticoagulant belonging to the low molecular weight heparin LMWH category It contains Enoxaparin as its active ingredient and is primarily used to treat severe blood clots Additionally it helps prevent deep vein thrombosis DVT in patients undergoing abdominal surgery hip replacement knee replacement or those with limited mobility This injection is also used to reduce the risk of heart complications in patients with unstable angina and nonQ wave myocardial infarction

Precautions and Contraindications

Do not use Clexane 60mg if you have active bleeding hypersensitivity or a history of heparininduced thrombocytopenia HIT
