Evenity Injection contains Romosozumab, a humanized monoclonal antibody and anti-osteoporotic medication used to treat osteoporosis in postmenopausal women who are at high risk of fractures. It works through a dual mechanism by stimulating new bone formation while simultaneously reducing bone breakdown, helping to increase bone mineral density, strengthen bones, and lower the risk of vertebral and non-vertebral fractures.
