It works by stimulating red blood cell production, improving hemoglobin levels, and reducing symptoms such as fatigue and weakness. Regular blood tests and close blood pressure monitoring are essential during treatment. Cresp is not recommended for patients with uncontrolled hypertension and should be used with caution in those with liver disease, seizures, sickle cell anemia, or a history of poor response to anemia therapy.
