About Apatide Apalutamide 60mg Tablet
Apatide Tablet contains Apalutamide, an advanced androgen receptor inhibitor used in the treatment of certain types of prostate cancer in adult men. It is prescribed for patients with metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and still responds to testosterone-lowering therapy, as well as for non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer that no longer responds adequately to medical or surgical treatments aimed at reducing testosterone levels. Apalutamide works by blocking the action of androgens (male hormones), which play a key role in the growth and spread of prostate cancer cells, thereby helping to slow disease progression and improve treatment outcomes. Apatide Tablet can be taken with or without food as directed by a healthcare professional. Patients should immediately report symptoms such as chest pain, indigestion, signs of a heart attack, difficulty walking, dizziness, weakness, or numbness affecting the face or body, as these may indicate serious side effects requiring prompt medical attention. This medication may impair male fertility, and men are advised not to father a child or donate sperm during treatment and for at least three months after the last dose. Effective contraception should be used throughout therapy to prevent pregnancy exposure, as Apalutamide may cause harm to an unborn baby. Regular medical monitoring is recommended to ensure the safe and effective use of Apatide Tablet in the management of advanced prostate cancer.
