Tenvir 300mg Tablet contains Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate, an antiviral medicine used to treat chronic hepatitis B (HBV) and HIV infections. It works by blocking the reverse transcriptase enzyme, preventing the virus from multiplying, lowering viral load, and helping protect the immune system from long-term damage.

Tenvir helps control infection but does not cure HBV or HIV and should be taken exactly as prescribed. Common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, and fatigue, which are usually mild.
