Crizalk 250mg contains Crizotinib an antineoplastic drug classified as a tyrosine kinase inhibitor It is prescribed to treat Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase ALKpositive nonsmall cell lung cancer NSCLC that is locally advanced or metastatic spread beyond the lungs to other parts of the body

Precautions and Warnings

Do NOT take Crizalk 250mg if you

Are allergic to Crizotinib or any of its ingredients

Before starting treatment inform your doctor if you

Have a history of kidney liver stomach or heart problems

Have low white blood cell levels or an abnormal ECG heart tracing

Experience vision problems or take other medications

Pregnancy Birth Control and Fertility

Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive

Use effective birth control during treatment as oral contraceptives may not be effective with this medicine

Continue using contraception for at least 90 days after completing therapy

Consult your doctor for guidance regarding fertility concerns

Additional Recommendations

This medication is not recommended for adolescents and children under 18 years of age

Use sunscreen or protective clothing to protect your skin from sunburn

Always take Crizalk 250mg exactly as prescribed and report any unusual symptoms to your doctor promptly
