Cresp 60mcg Injection

Cresp 60 mcg Injection (PFS) contains darbepoetin alfa, an erythropoiesis-stimulating agent used to treat symptomatic anemia caused by chronic kidney disease (CKD) in adults and children. It works by stimulating red blood cell production, helping improve hemoglobin levels and reduce anemia-related symptoms. Regular blood tests and close blood pressure monitoring are essential to ensure safe and effective treatment.

Cresp is not recommended for patients with uncontrolled hypertension and should be used with caution in those with liver disease, seizures, sickle cell anemia, or a poor response to previous anemia therapies. Use during pregnancy should be carefully assessed, breastfeeding is not advised, and treatment in infants or children should be done only under strict medical supervision.
